Training Rides for Pedal Pittsburgh to Frederick:

I am planning on coming down to Fred for back-to-back training rides, Saturday, May 31st & Sunday, June 1st.  Both will be + 40 milers with +50 mile options. And one of the rides (probably Saturday's) going up & over the Catoctin Mts to High Rock Md (Beautiful Views).
